Yena Kim

Yena has supported startup and emerging-growth companies across corporate, SaaS, and M&A matters. She has managed capitalization tables, drafted and negotiated a wide range of agreements, and coordinated due-diligence processes for financings and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Presidio Legal, Yena was a paralegal at Cooley and DLA Piper and a paralegal/contracts manager at Juniper Square.
