Will Wiener

Will counsels startups across all stages of growth, from formation through exit. His practice spans day-to-day corporate governance and strategic transactions, including equity and debt financings, capitalization structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises venture capital funds and other investors on financing rounds and liquidity events.

Prior to joining Presidio, Will was an associate in the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He earned both his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Outside the office, Will enjoys skiing, hiking, reading genre fiction, and cheering on Michigan Football.
