Scott Griffin

Scott represents start-ups in all stages of their development from formation to exit advising on day-to-day general corporate and business matters as well as significant transactions, such as equity and debt financings, equity structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture funds and other investor clients advising on financing and exit transactions. 

Prior to joining Presidio, Scott worked as an associate at Perkins Coie, LLP in the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice. Scott is a graduate of UCLA School of Law and UC Santa Cruz. 

 

In his spare time, Scott can be found riding his beach cruiser along the beaches of Orange County or walking his two dogs, Briggs and Hank.
