Samira Seraji

Samira specializes in the representation of start-ups and emerging growth companies across various stages of their life cycle. His experience spans corporate formation, structuring and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Samira also has extensive expertise in representing lead venture capital firms in their investments in startup companies. Before joining Presidio Legal, Samira was a senior associate at Goodwin Procter, where he began his legal career and honed his expertise in the EC/VC space.

Outside of work, Samira enjoys reading, swimming, and spending quality time with his family and his many rescue pittys. He is passionate about shelter animals and volunteers at North Central Animal Services, while also fostering shelter dogs through Los Angeles-based rescue groups such as Dog Coalition Los Angeles.
