Ross is a corporate paralegal with over 12 years of experience supporting a wide range of clients across corporate governance, capitalization management, debt and equity financings, securities filings, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Presidio Legal, Ross worked with Perkins Coie LLP’s emerging companies and venture capital team.

In his spare time, Ross can be found tinkering on his guitars and making the most of time with his family.
