Pavit Dhaliwal

Pav centers his practice on advising companies from incorporation onwards, with a particular emphasis on corporate governance matters and venture capital financings. 

 

Prior to joining Presidio Legal, he worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the Palo Alto office. 

 

When away from his laptop, Pav can be found listening to whatever Pitchfork tells him to, hiking with his partner, or passing the time with his cats (Benji and Pepper).
