Niousha Rahbar

Niousha specializes in the representation of start-ups and emerging growth companies throughout all stages of their life cycles, including formation, structuring and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and M&A, with a focus on venture financing. With expertise in venture capital transactions, she structures and negotiates seed and growth financings, SAFEs, convertible notes, and priced equity rounds.

Prior to Presidio Legal, Niousha served as in-house counsel to Gensler, a global design and architecture firm, where she regularly advised the board of directors and senior executives on corporate governance and M&A. Prior to her time at Gensler she worked in Los Angeles headquarters of O’Melveny & Myers focusing on corporate finance and M&A.

Outside of the office, Niousha can be found trying new recipes, working on her pickleball game, and spending time with her loved ones.
