Lindsey Berger

Lindsey’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on advising emerging companies and venture capital funds. She counsels clients throughout the corporate life cycle — from entity formation to day-to-day governance, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Presidio Legal, Lindsey worked as an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini where she worked with private and public companies. She earned her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara and J.D. from UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings). 

Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys live music events, waterskiing, and cheering on the 49ers and Warriors.
