Kristie Lam

Kristie focuses her practice on the representation of startups and emerging companies throughout their lifecycle, including company formation, early- and growth-stage venture financings, secondary transactions, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Presidio, she practiced at Gunderson Dettmer, where she represented high-growth companies and venture capital firms. She also worked on the investment team at University Growth Fund, evaluating early-stage companies and conducting due diligence across a range of industries. During her time at Cricut, Kristie focused on supporting the development and expansion of SaaS and consumer products, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Kristie is passionate about supporting AAPI entrepreneurs and helping underrepresented founders navigate the startup and venture capital ecosystem. Outside of the office, Kristie enjoys sailing, traveling, hiking, and spending time cooking and baking.
