Kay Kim

Kay focuses her practice on strategic intellectual property and commercial counseling for clients of all sizes, with particular focus in the technology sector. She brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex commercial transactions, product counseling, and corporate matters. Before joining Presidio Legal, Kay served as in-house commercial counsel at Rippling and practiced at law firms including Wilson Sonsini, Coda Law Group, and Linklaters. She is a graduate of Duke Law School.

Outside of work, Kay enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring new adventures with her toddler.
