Jason Deal

With a Bachelor’s degree in public policy from Syracuse University, Jason moved from Chicago to San Francisco to pursue a career as a corporate paralegal. After his tenure as the sole legal assistant for a team of four attorneys at an emerging tech company, Jason transitioned to Atrium LLP as a paralegal before he began his work with Presidio Legal in March of 2020.

Jason specializes in working with companies through their life cycles in matters ranging from incorporation to venture financings, managing commercial transactions, corporate governance, and day to day startup work. Outside of Presidio Legal, Jason can be found drinking an iced mocha while arguing how the hit CBS reality competition series “Survivor” has changed the television landscape for the better.
