Janiece Jenkins

Janiece specializes in advising founders, investors, and high-growth technology, technology-enabled, and life sciences companies as outside general counsel through every stage of their lifecycle: from formation and fundraising through commercial growth and strategic exit. Her practice includes venture capital financings from bridge and seed rounds through late-stage, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings, with a focus on helping clients build appropriate governance and legal structures tailored to their goals.

Prior to joining Presidio, Janiece built her corporate practice with over a decade of experience at Fenwick, Cooley, and O’Melveny & Myers, where she advised public and private companies on corporate governance, M&A, VC financings, and capital markets transactions.

Outside of the office, she can be found making music, practicing aerial arts, or exploring the outdoors.
