Evan Bott
Counsel
Evan represents startups and emerging growth companies through their entire lifecycle, including formation, day-to-day corporate governance and business matters, equity and employment issues, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture funds and other investors in financing and exit transactions.
Prior to Presidio Legal, Evan worked as a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter and as counsel at the boutique Silicon Valley firm Carr & Ferrell, where he represented private and public technology and biotech companies at all stages, as well as venture capital investors.
Evan is a graduate of UCLA School of Law and Santa Clara University.
Outside of the office, Evan enjoys eating his way through San Francisco, bay area sports teams and (attempting to) golf.
