Drake Glesmann

Drake is a corporate partner at Presidio, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing transactions, and other corporate and securities law matters on behalf of companies, venture capital firms, and investment banks. He also advises clients on shareholder activism, takeover defense, recapitalizations and restructurings, and other special situations. Drake has represented U.S. and international clients in a variety of sectors, including software and technology, telecommunication, media, crypto and DeFi, defense, NewSpace and pharmaceutical industries.

Drake received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
