Christopher Thompson

Chris is a senior paralegal at Presidio Legal.  A veteran of the legal field, Chris kicked off his career at the State Bar of California in San Francisco before moving to New York City to become a corporate paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer.  There, he serviced multiple early, mid and late-stage companies based all around the globe, and honed his corporate, venture financing and M&A skills contributing to numerous flagship transactions for the firm.  Prior to joining Presidio Legal, Chris was a senior paralegal at Ketsal PLLC where he serviced many types of companies and venture capital institutions, with a particular focus on the blockchain space. 

When he’s not crushing deals and aiming to receive the highest marks from the clients he works with, Chris enjoys shredding on one of his multiple Caparison guitars, cooking, music and music theory, 90’s crime movies and attending local metal shows.
