Caitlin Bradley

Caitlin focuses her practice on the representation of emerging companies, including entity formation and structuring, corporate governance matters, employment issues, and venture financings.

 

Prior to joining Presidio Legal, Caitlin worked as an associate attorney at Latham & Watkins and McGuireWoods. Caitlin also spent several years as the director of a legal project serving victims of sexual and domestic violence. Caitlin is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Brigham Young University.

 

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her two children, travelling, trying new restaurants and attending music festivals.
