Armene Shahidi

Armene represents start-ups and emerging growth companies as outside general counsel from formation through exit. He counsels clients on corporate formation, structuring and governance matters, employment matters, venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. Armene also represents venture funds and other investors in financing transactions.

Before joining Presidio Legal, Armene practiced in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group at Perkins Coie LLP, where he advised on similar work and additionally represented funds in their formation and maintenance.

Outside the office, Armene enjoys skiing, basketball, swimming, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
